Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship all orders from Perth, Australia. We endeavor to have your orders packed and ready within 2 business days of being placed. There may be a slight delay during peak or holiday periods.

Note that orders that contain pre ordered items are packed and shipped in full once all your ordered items are in stock. Please contact us should you have any issues with this or wish to receive your order separately and we would be happy to help. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.

 

Deliveries within Australia

We offer free regular shipping for all orders over $80. Orders under this amount will incur a $10 shipping fee which is payable at check out. If you require your item within a shorter time frame, we offer an express shipping option for $15 payable on all orders for express shipping. 

 Generally domestic shipping takes 3-6 business days, and 1 -3 business days with express post. During peak and holiday periods this may take longer. 

 

Deliveries internationally 

We offer shipping to all countries listed for a $30 shipping fee which is payable at check out. Please allow up to 20 days to receive your package. Duties and taxes may be applicable when collecting your package, which is payable by the customer. 

We unfortunately do not offer express shipping internationally at this time.
