Returns
At Billie and the Fox, you and your little one are at the heart of everything we do. We want your little ones to love and feel comfortable in the clothes they are in! If you have had a change of mind or have ordered the incorrect size, we can offer a credit note or exchange of items for your items (excluding any shipping or delivery costs). We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return it must meet the following conditions:
· The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached,
· You will also need the receipt as proof of purchase.
Note that credit notes will be available for your original order amount (excluding any postage paid) valid for 12 months.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@billieandthefox.com. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Sale items
Unfortunately, any items offered at a reduced price or that are on sale, we are unable to accept returns for these items.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we are extremely sorry and we will provide a full refund if this is the case.
