How do I know what size to choose ?

Our pieces are designed to be worn oversized. We recommend that you order your kids true size for a slightly oversized fit.

If you are unsure we would always recommend sizing up as then your little one can grow into it.

What age range does Billie and the Fox stock?  

Currently, our range is designed for toddlers and children from 6 months to 6 years.

We love feedback on our sizing range so please message us on Instagram @billieandthefox if you want to see other sizes that are not currently stocked. 

 

My item of clothing appears to be faulty or is not what I ordered?

We are so sorry that you have received a fault or incorrect item! We do our best to make sure that every item is of the upmost quality and pack all the orders with careful consideration to ensure all items are packed correctly. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@billieandthefox.com with your order name and number, and pictures of what you have received, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Is your clothing ethically made?

At Billie and the Fox we highly value ethically made clothing and ensure that our clothing is made in ethical conditions and meet fair work practices.

When choosing our supplier we ensured that this aligned with our values. Our clothes are made ethically in Indonesia and are quality checked by our supplier to ensure that each piece is high quality and will last for your kids play activities!

We also use the highest quality materials where we can. Our rompers and tees are made from 100% organic cotton and pure 100% hemp when stated in the product description.

 

When will I receive my order?

Typically, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.

You should receive a tracking number of your parcel once it has been shipped. If you have not please contact us. 

For Express Post within Australia your order should arrive 2-3 days from dispatch date. Standard Shipping within Australia is estimated 3-7 days and International Postage is dependent on your billing country.

Please note that estimated delivery time is an estimate only and there may be external factors that impact this.

 

Where can I find you in stores?

We are currently online only to ensure we can provide the best service and quality products to our customers.

Help, I need to change my order or shipping address!

If you have accidentally put the wrong shipping address or have ordered the wrong size please reach out as soon as possible to hello@billieandthefox.com. We will do everything we can to try and accommodate your changes. Note we try and process all orders within 24 hours so if it is after this time we may not be able to assist in any changes.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we ship to the following overseas countries:

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States. 

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to sales or customs duty taxes upon arrival, which will be the responsibility of the customer. For an estimate, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.
